So, I had just downloaded some new music on my iPod and I go to music, I try to scroll up and down to select my songs, but it's frozen and won't move at all. Then I try to click anything on that screen and everything is frozehow do i download music to my ipodn. Wat do i do??
Anytime my iPod freezes I just reset it. So hold down the home button and the power button. The iPod will shut off but you keep holding it until you see the apple symbol. This shouldn't delete any of the musichow do i download music to my ipod you downloaded or anything. I used to do this when my iPod would freeze after downloading an app and it never deleted the app.
Try a power cycle by holding the sleep and home together until the screen goes black.
