Hello, I just purchased a Dell XPS 16, and I totally maxed it out, so I think it will be a awesome laptop. I will include below everything about it. Everyone please tell me what you think about it? Should I be able to do anything with it? Will anything get in my way with this laptop? I will be doing alot of gaming...Below are the details..

It looks like a resonably good computer especially with the core i7 and the 8gb of ddr3 but unfortunately the graphics are rather low. the radeon HD4670 isn't a great chip and its not particularly fast but it will be perfect for last generation games like call of duty 4. games like crysis and far cry 2 and gta 4 will really stuggle on anything above low/medium settings, especially gta 4. all in all i would have gone for a deskttotally free roxio software downloadsop as you could have got a much more powerful system that would be amazing in games and max almost anything out for around half the price you paid.
|To expensive. I am sure sure you could get the same componets for an awfull lot less. Why spend all that amount.??
wow that's a monster in a small package, there's only two things about it I don't like. mcfee anti virus is junk. i recommend kaspersky.
and it just had to be a dell, i have seen more problems with dell laptops than any other. but since you went with the best of everything for hardware, maybe it will be good for you.
God, just go get a PC and you can get a PC with that kind of stuff for less than half the freakin' price.
It is cool and all, but I'm sure once you've had this laptop for about a month or so, you'll wish you had a smaller/lighter one instead.
