I cant install a new adobe photoshop CS3 because it said there that i already have an existing adobe CS3 files in my computer. But I cant uninstall them. i try deleting it. and still, nothing happens. Can someone please help? :( i needed photoshop badly. :(
Many of the more sophisticated programs make major changes in the registry and can not be simply Un Installed by add and remove programs . You may have to result in going to Aadobe photoshop cs3dobe's web site to do a complete un install. Often you may have to go into the registry to remove the files manually. But if you don;t know how then do not fool with the registry it can cause you to mess your computer up bad.
Sorry I cannot tell you the answer to this particular problem; but there is lots of information about how to uninstall software on the web.
Try googling something like "how to completely uninstalladobe photoshop cs3 software" and you will get lots of information, whether it will help you with removing all photoshop CS3 components I do not know.
I have had programs I tried to remove and could not and found I could remove them if I started my computer in the "safe mode" but do not know if that would work in this case.
try total uninstall.
